ATTENTION HIGH SCHOOL GOLF COACHES

The Jackson Golf Hall of Fame will again this year award two college scholarships to Jackson County students. The scholarships will be awarded to seniors in the Class of 2026, to be used in the 2026-27 academic year. Two Jackson Golf Hall of Fame Scholarships of $1,000 will be awarded to deserving high school seniors who have played high school golf. Here are the details:

  • Available to both boys and girls graduating from a Jackson County high school with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Awards will be based on golf accomplishments, future plans, and short essay on how golf has impacted the student's life.
  • Application will be made online at jacksongolf.net with a deadline of 5 p.m. July 1.
  • Scholarship recipients will be announced in August, with funds disbursed to the college where student is enrolled.
